They do this by gathering information from the client and working with qualified carriers to make sure all credits are applied as well as the best rates are negotiated. After research is complete, several options are presented to the client and one of Ragland Strother and Lafitte’s knowledgeable staff will take time to answer any/all questions. The client is supported from beginning to end so they can feel confident that an informed decision has been made.

For over 20 years George Knox has been assisting companies with their employee benefit programs. In 1995, Network Insurance Planning Corp., partnered with the Ragland, Strother & Lafitte Insurance Agency to provide a full-service professional insurance organization.

In 1995, we also established our memorable web portal, insuranceisboring.com, a comprehensive benefit community tool providing both employees and employers links to benefit information, forms and administrative tools in one central location. This service saves administrators countless hours answering benefit questions, looking for forms and documents and provides links to useful resources.

We built our business on relationships. We provide a single source benefit administration contact for each client with online back-office administration, comprehensive enrollment and a call response center with licensed benefit consultants.

We are a hands-on agency working directly with clients to develop long-term employee benefit solutions. Our staff of licensed benefit consultants will partner with your company to improve employee satisfaction and retention. We are constantly updating our technology to improve communications and assist your employees with claims, administrative issues and other questions that may arise.
